Worst Customer Service Hotel Ever

บริการแย่มากเลย 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 If you can’t give the same room which is unavailable for the next days, why would you keep the money? Is your hotel robbery? Since it’s your hotel mistakes, when customers want refund, why can’t you refund by the time we ask? You drew the time till midnight for refund which makes customer to wait a long time!!! Do you think putting customers’ belongings from room to outside by hotel without any consents or contact from customers is an ethical way to do from hotel? LOL Are you sure that your receptionist acted in standard manner since you shouted customers to get out (checkout) even it’s your staff’s mistake? By doing those from your side, it happened we need to have evidence in order to show for the police if anything happened that your rude staff hit my sister and throw our phone. We don’t have any other intention apart from it. Moreover, even we talked with your manager, he has no responsibility/problem solving skills for customers by showing he has headaches and his personal matters and put the phone down before finishing conversation. Your manager’s matter is not ours!!!! #BlacklistHotelinBangkok

Recommended. Hotel is small but nice one. Lobby and restaurant are very tidy and clean. Light music always playing. Rooms are lil old and certain spots dusty. Staff very welcoming and helpful especially Miss Non at the front office. Always has a big large comforting smile and approach. They happily keep your big luggage/bags for a mini payment while you are travelling. ❤️

The only good thing about this Hotel are the Staff. The Hotel room is dated, furniture dirty and shabby. The bathroom is disgusting, filthy, mouldy shower curtain, mouldy grouting and dubious marks on walls and door. Looks like no cleaning products ever used. Toilet flush reported not working, still not fixed on return at night. Reported it again on leaving and no apology, just a shrug. The balcony is shabby too and the air con unit is in dire need of a clean. Poor location, no Restaurant or Bar in Hotel or nearby. Breakfast food very poor quality and cold. Sad to say, this was a poor end to a month's stay moving around Thailand and our worst Hotel room yet!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Muu Hotel from the 17/-7 - 24/-7 and it was wonderful. From Woody and the boys at the concierge desk to housekeeping and the pool attendants, to our check- out receptionist, I could not fault. Our room was wonderful, spacious, well- appointed and spotless. If I could mention but one issue it was on our last night. My cousin who I was travelling with and myself got lost on our way back to the hotel, we called the hotel to seek assistance, but this proved very difficult. As a suggestion, next time a guest calls to advise that they are lost and require some help, the first thing that the switch board operator should ask is the following: 1. Are you safe? 2. Do you need a doctor/an ambulance/ the police? 3. How can I help? By asking these questions, it will calm the guest down, who will then be able to explain the situation clearly. As opposed to feeling more stressed at the lack of concern and interest by the switch board operator/staff member that we had. Thank you and I look forward to staying with you again on my next trip... Christina

I booked 5 rooms for 4 nights and was given 2 upgraded rooms, which was nice. The upgraded rooms had balcony, and the bedroom was great. However, the bathrooms were old, and didn’t look clean and was old. The non-upgraded rooms were the design of an old model, with windows facing the corridor. The breakfast buffet was nice and had changes. The staffs were helpful and nice. There’s a laundromat and laundry service which is 150thb for 12kg of clothes to wash, dry, fold and deliver to the hotel lobby. The location is just okay. There’s a 7-eleven near by, but is a little far to walk to the shopping area district. Not so much to eat around the hotel.
